IMPORTANT NOTE: This sale is conducted by Surplex as a commission agent. After the award, the customer will receive an invoice from Surplex for the auction commission and the cost of disassembly and loading (if applicable). Following the payment of this invoice, the customer will receive the invoice for the purchase price directly from the bankruptcy trustee. All taxes and fees related to the sale are the responsibility of the successful bidder (e.g., cancellation of any encumbrances or mortgages, payment of property tax, inspection, and fees of the Auto Practices Agency handling the plate deregistration and document processing). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Practices Agency where all administrative procedures will be handled. Vehicles can only be collected after completing the property transfer procedures. A copy of the property transfer must be submitted to Surplex.

NOTE: The processing times for completing the procedures may take up to 6 months. An on-site inspection of the vehicle is recommended to verify its actual condition.

A fee of 200 EUR will be charged for the supervision of Surplex technicians at the time of pickup.
