„ What’s so charming about working in HR is to be able to accompany the entire employee lifecycle. Not only will you become a psychologist or coach but also an employee’s companion. No matter what the urge is, our door and ears are always open. The foundation for my passion for HR and current functioning started during my student job in 2016 and continued to grow in the following years. Outside of work I love to travel and visit my host family in the USA as much as possible. „ As a Head of HR I look after employees at Surplex from A to Z and also make sure to find the right applicants for the Surplex team. In 2011, during my Masters in Education, I discovered my passion for HR work within a student job at the University of Cologne. Especially the mix of administrative topics, projects and working with people is what I enjoy.
