IMPORTANT NOTICE:

This is a commission-based sale managed by Surplex. The auctions' winning bidder will receive from Surplex an invoice with auction commission and dismantling & loading cost (if any). After payment of the previous one, will receive the invoice with the adjudication price directly from the seller.

In full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in force in Italy, all the needed activities for the vehicle ownership’s change will be charged to the winning bidder as for example, change of ownership, vehicle license plate number de-registration owing to exportation in the EC, MOT-test, cancellation of encumbrances or mortgages, request duplicate documents, a.s.o.

In some cases, Surplex will suggest the contact of an Automobile Documentation Agency, that could support the winning bidder for all the carrying out of the necessary administrative practices.

Vehicles can be collected only after that the vehicle ownership change has been disposed and arranged with the Automobile Documentation Agency. A copy of the ownership change will have to be sent to Surplex.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE DE-REGISTRATION ACTIVITY COULD REQUIRE A PERIOD OF TIME TILL TO 6 MONTHS.
