In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Car Performance Agency where all administrative procedures will be carried out. Vehicles can only be collected after the transfer of ownership has been completed. A copy of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle must be deposited at Surplex. A fee of EUR 250 for Surplex technical supervision will be charged at the time of collection. 
The goods subject to the sale are stored in premises owned by third parties, with regulated access. By accepting these terms and conditions, the successful bidder declares that he is aware that the goods are located in a place with restricted access and subject to authorisation by the owner.
