IMPORTANT NOTICE: This sale is managed by Surplex as a commission agent. Upon successful bidding, the customer will receive an invoice from Surplex for the auction fee and any dismantling & loading costs (if applicable). After settling this invoice, the winning bidder will receive the final invoice for the purchase price directly from the bankruptcy administrator. All taxes and fees related to the sale will be borne by the purchaser (e.g., removal of any encumbrances or liens, payment of property tax, inspection fees, and the fees for the Auto Agency handling the vehicle deregistration and documentation). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Agency responsible for handling all administrative procedures. Vehicles may be collected only after the ownership transfer process has been completed. A copy of the ownership transfer must be submitted to Surplex.

Note: The process to complete these procedures may take up to 6 months. It is recommended to inspect the vehicle on-site to verify its actual condition.

A fee of EUR 200 will be required for Surplex technicians' supervision at the time of collection.
