As soon as we have received your application, a team consisting of the responsible personnel officer, the responsible specialist and, if applicable, the management will examine it carefully to ensure that it fits our requirements. If we have a good feeling about your application, we will get in touch with you personally and discuss the next steps.

In some cases, you will have a telephone interview with us before you are invited for a personal interview. Someone from the specialist department or the HR manager in charge will call you at a pre-scheduled time and exchange information with you about the position and your skills.

We would definitely like to get to know our future employees personally. Therefore, an on-site interview is a standard part of our application process. Depending on the position, we also conduct a second interview, also on our premises.

Sometimes you will go through a get to know day after the first interview, which should enable us to get an even better impression of you. At the same time, this day should give you the opportunity to get a good feeling for Surplex as an employer and your new job.
