We offer all employees of Surplex Germany an annual vacation entitlement of 30 days (with a 5-day week). In addition, everyone has the option of easily acquiring up to 5 additional vacation days per year. In the other countries, flexible regulations apply based on the legal requirements there.

In our daily work routine, we activate the mind but hardly move and often feel stressed. That's why Surplex offers yoga classes. In yoga, you concentrate on physical exercises (asanas) and your own breathing. This strengthens the muscles, leads to intensive stretching and helps to clear the mind. Yoga has many positive effects. And it's fun to get an active start to the evening together with your colleagues!
Fresh fruit is delivered to us once a week. You can help yourself to the fruit baskets on all floors at any time and thus strengthen your vitamin balance.
With the employee donation initiative "Rest Cent", you can make a contribution to society every month without all the bureaucratic red tape by waiving the cents of your net salary payment. At the end of the year, all the cents collected in this way are topped up by our managing directors Uli and Michael and donated to a good cause.
In consultation with your team, we will allow you to work for us from home up to four days per week, even after the Corona pandemic has subsided. On meeting days called by your supervisor, you will still have the opportunity to meet with the entire team.

Surplex covers you within the scope of a company disability insurance - 500€ of your monthly gross salary are insured at our expense. In addition, you can top up this coverage amount at private expense at the favorable group rate and save a lot of money compared to private disability insurance - without any health check! At the same time, you are covered by our group accident insurance worldwide 365 days a year and 24 hours a day.
