To participate in this auction, a deposit of € 500 is required, which will be withheld until the outcome of the contradictory verification of the state of the places and the prior deposition of safety documentation that can be consulted after the signing of an NDA. The lot includes the following works that must be carried out in this time order no later than 30 days from the award. The total removal of the goods and correct disposal of the remaining NON-FERROUS materials after removal. The complete floor cleaning of the respective area. Access to the site will be allowed only after the delivery of all the documentation necessary for safety on site, according to the regulations in force and the specific provisions of the seller. Liability insurance is required for any damages. Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that the deadlines are met.
ATTENTION: The list was drawn up by the expert delegated for the bankruptcy procedure and did not benefit from further verifications. It should be noted that any omissions are not attributable to the company Surplex. It is therefore advisable to carry out a thorough inspection.
An advance payment will be required for the costs of surveillance of the collection operations in the amount of € 300 per day. Every 30 days following the deadline, the surveillance costs will change twice as much as the previous value.
