Serial number:10661 ECOLAM 06 is an automatic laminator for photovoltaic modules, and is has been designed and manufactured to enable production of photovoltaic modules in series; The utilisation of automatic conveyot belts or of the acumulation buffer for loading and unloading the laminator enhance optimization of the product cycle; ECOLAM is able to laminate specific modules for architecture destination of use, such as glass – transparent tedlar and glass – glass modules; The lamination cycle has duration of 20 minutes with standard EVA and about 10 minutes with speedy EVA; ECOLAM is able to laminate glass substrata, double glass or flexible monofuses; The lamination cycle is thoroughly automatic. The operator interacts with the machine through a dedicated touch-screen control panel located onboard of the machine. The cycle may be controled and personalized according to individual needs, by setting the various working parameters.
