The ECOLAYPUP 100 has been designed and manufactured for compose solar module by putting the solar string over de glass; The ECOLAYUP 100 remove, in an automatically way, the strings produced by the stringer machine located upstream and deposit them in an orderly on a glass of predetermined dimensions respecting the polarities, in order to speed up and improve the production of photovoltaic panels; The machine, tanks to its operator interface and via the touch-screen control, allows easy management of the production cycle and it is able to perform in an automatic an precise positioning of the pick and the strings of glass loaded by the operator directly on the input belt; The removal, transport and unloading of strings is made by a special hager equipped with suction cups installed on a mobile cart; The unloading of the glass completely filled with strings takes place through the work of a second belt (discharge conveyor) driven by the operator with pedal control.
