ISW - Acryl powder line - 2009

General description 

This installation is a production line used to apply high-quality acryl powder for various automotive customers (e.g. BMW, Audi, etc.).

First, parts pass through a spray tunnel that degreases the parts. Next, they are dried in an oven and cooled down.

Next, the powder is applied in a powder booth. This takes place in a climate-controlled environment. Powder recuperation is in place.

As a final step, the parts are baked in an oven.

The line includes a conveyor system where parts are hung via sub-frames.
