To participate in this auction, a deposit of € 500 is required, which will be withheld until the outcome of the adversarial verification of the state of the places. Any bid received from customers who have not paid the deposit will be promptly cancelled and considered invalid.

Lot consisting of office furniture including desks, tables, chairs, wardrobes, miscellaneous furniture and disposals included.

The sale of the lot includes the complete removal of the lot by the buyer, the activities must include:

1. The complete removal of each component part of the lot as represented in the auction.
2. The collection, proper management and immediate removal of any ordinary, special, hazardous, solid or liquid waste present within the lot or parts thereof.
3. The systems that are part of the building, such as: electrical lines, heating, compressed air, ventilation, etc.
, must not be removed. The complete floor cleaning of the area.

Access to the warehouse will be allowed only after the delivery of all the documentation necessary for safety on site, according to current regulations.

A cost of 300 euros/day will be charged for the availability of the person who will supervise the collection operations of the good.
