About this lot

Complete set of 11 high-frequency grinders including 3 matching transformers, designed for simultaneous operation of all devices. This professional system comes from well-known manufacturers such as Bosch, Steinel, Himmelwerk (Tübingen), AvK (H. van Kaick, Ettlingen) and AEG and was developed for continuous industrial operation.
The sanding machines are ideal for fine and precision grinding work, polishing processes or deburring work on wood, plastic and metal. Thanks to the high-frequency technology, they offer a uniform speed of up to approx. 12,000 rpm, very smooth running and a particularly fine surface quality.
The three transformers (AvK type FD2-2, AEG type D0723B, Himmelwerk type BHR127/95) deliver the necessary high-frequency voltage of 200 Hz and ensure a stable, high-performance power supply. All units are fully functional, regularly serviced and ready for immediate use.
Equipment & Features:
• 11 high-frequency grinding machines with collet holder
• 3 industrial transformers for 400 V mains operation
• Frequency converter output: 200 Hz, power up to 2 kVA
• Speed grinding machines: up to approx. 12,000 rpm
• Solid metal housing, industrial design
• Complete with connection cables and connectors

Technical data (approx. information):
• Power connection: 400 V / 3~
• Total power: approx. 2 kVA per transformer
• Total weight: approx. 150 kg
• Manufacturers: Bosch, Steinel, Himmelwerk, AvK, AEG

Remarks:
The facility is in very good, fully functional condition. All eleven high-frequency grinding machines and the three associated transformers have been tested and are ready for operation. The devices run quietly, powerfully and with low vibration, and the power supply via the transformers works perfectly.
Mechanically and electrically, the entire unit is in well-maintained condition, with only minor signs of wear, as is common in regular workshop use. The grinders have no defects in cables, connectors or motors. The transformers operate reliably and deliver the required 200 Hz high-frequency power to operate all machines simultaneously.
The devices have been regularly maintained and professionally installed, which means that they are in a proper, immediately ready for use condition, both technically and visually.
All in all, it is a fully functional, robust and durable industrial equipment, ideal for precise grinding, polishing and deburring work in trade and production.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I bid on a lot?

To place a bid, you need to have an account with Surplex. You can create one by clicking on 'Create Account' at the top right corner of our website. Once registered and after completing your profile, you can start bidding on your desired items.

What is reserve price?

A reserve price is the (non-visible!) minimum amount that a seller has set for a lot and is the lowest price for which the seller is willing to sell. The highest bidder who meets or exceeds this price wins.

If this price is not met, you can still have a chance to win. The closer your bid is to the reserve price, the greater your chance of winning this lot.

The lot is awarded to the highest bidder whose bid is equal to - or higher than - the reserve price at the end of the auction. If the highest bid has met the reserve price or more, the lot is sold immediately for this price.

How much does it cost to buy at Surplex?

There is a fee, the buyer's premium, added to each lot you win. The amount of the fee is shown on each individual lot. You see the buyer's premium for each lot when you are logged in as a customer at Surplex. Note that VAT is always added to your bid unless otherwise stated.

What is an auto bid versus a manual bid?

An auto bid is a way for you to automatically participate in a bidding process. You enter an amount you are willing to pay for an item and then automatic bids are placed for you up to your maximum bid - but only if necessary. Your maximum bid is hidden from other bidders during the auction. Placed auto bids are indicated by an "A" after the placed bid in the bid history. You need to update a manual bid every time someone outbids you. Keep in mind that an auto bid in the same level as a later manual bid will always lead the auction - because it was placed first.

How does the payment process work?
