Characteristics of the machine (taken from the attached manual):
- thermally stabilized electro-welded structure with ribs high-density lattices;
- precise handling with special steel screws and recirculating ball nut with preload for the elimination of backlash, steel guides with movement on recirculating ball bearings.
- head moved by screw and nut of recirculating steel balls for safe use over time, servo-assisted by BLDC motor with sliding on special steel guides and movement on skids recirculating balls;
- machine control carried out on a limited number of electronic boards to ensure high reliability and allow quick replacement in the event of a failure;
- display of machining parameters on the operator panel;
- duplicate floats in the work tank for controlling the level of the dielectric liquid; it does not allows the start of the processing cycle if this level has not reached the safety height;
- duplicated safety photocell and thermal probe in the work tank;
