The lot includes the following works that must be carried out in this time order no later than 60 days from the award

Liability insurance is required for any damage.
After 60 days from the award, if the removal of the goods is not completed, a penalty of 100 euros per day will be charged.
After 90 days from the award, the property rights on the remaining goods will be lost, the deposit will be retained at 100% and the costs of disposal of the remainders will be charged.
It is mandatory to carry out dismantling and loading with your own means.
Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that the deadlines are met.

- Remarks:
- Parties wishing to purchase the goods and then scrap them can also participate in the auction. Dismantling and loading means: 1. The reclamation of pits, holes or ducts, if present, including suction, management of residual liquids and washing of the same. 5. Following the removal of the goods, the pits must be secured by installing rigid barriers of a minimum height of 1 meter, they must also be fixed to the ground by means of dowels. 6. Any metal protrusions such as threaded rods drowned in concrete for fixing machinery must be cut flush with the floor 7. The complete floor cleaning of the area.
