The lot includes the following tasks, which must be performed in the specified chronological order, no later than 30 days after awarding:
- - The complete removal and proper disposal of NON-FERROUS materials.
- - The complete removal and proper disposal of machinery and FERROUS materials.
- - Any necessary cleaning and securing of pits using metal barriers fixed to the ground.
- - Thorough cleaning of the respective area floor.
Access to the warehouse will be allowed only after the submission of all necessary safety documentation for the site, in accordance with current regulations and the seller's specific provisions. Liability insurance for potential damages is required.
Dismantling and loading must be done with your own equipment
Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that deadlines are met.
Participants in the auction may also be those intending to purchase the goods for subsequent scrapping. Dismantling and loading involve:
1. Complete removal of every component part of the lot as represented in the auction.
2. Collection, proper management, and immediate removal of all ordinary, special, hazardous, solid, or liquid waste within the lot or its parts. Waste cannot be stored within the area.
3. Removal of every object, part, component, accessory, belonging to the lot as represented. Building installations such as electrical lines, heating, compressed air, ventilation, etc., should not be removed.
4. Decontamination of pits, holes, or channels, if present, including suction, management of residual liquids, and cleaning.
5. After the removal of goods, pits must be secured with rigid barriers of at least 1 meter in height, fixed to the ground with anchors.
6. Any metal protrusions such as threaded bars embedded in the concrete for machinery fixing must be cut flush with the floor.
7. Thorough floor cleaning of the area.

An advance payment of € 200 per day will be required for the costs of supervising collection operations.
