machine equipment:

• horizontal counter-pressure unit (MO-axle) with programmable positioning
• upper pressure (MV-axle) with rubber coated pressure rolls with absorption system to equalise tolerances in workpiece height. The adjustment of both axis is effected by a servo-drive unit with programmable speeds.
• integrated measuring system in upper pressure (MV-axle) of the machine for the detection of the workpiece height and cosideration of these corrected data in Y-direction in the programm.
• Bre.Ma. patented transport system in splitted design with laser photcell for detecting the zero point on the front and rear end of the workpiece.

Drilling head 7+14X32 + 2TC [BH25] with spindles that can be called up individually:
