After settling the aforementioned invoice, the winning bidder will receive the final invoice for the purchase price directly from the bankruptcy administrator. All taxes and fees related to the sale will be borne by the purchaser (e.g., removal of any encumbrances or liens, payment of property tax, inspection fees, and the fees for the Auto Agency handling the vehicle deregistration and documentation). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Auto Agency responsible for handling all administrative procedures. Vehicles may be collected only after the ownership transfer process has been completed. A copy of the ownership transfer must be submitted to Surplex.
