All vehicles are without passbooks and keys
All vehicles are located in a public car park that is not cusodinated, have been subject to vandalism and may receive further vandalism at auction

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a commission sale handled by Surplex. Following the adjudication, the customer will receive an invoice from Surplex for the auction commission and the cost of dismantling & loading (if any). After the balance of the above, he will receive the invoice for the adjudication price directly from the insolvency administrator. All taxes and fees related to the sale will be borne by the successful bidder (e.g. cancellation of transcription of any liens or mortgages, payment of property tax, overhaul, fee of the Car Practice Agency that will carry out the process of registration plates and vehicle documents). In some cases, Surplex will provide the name of the Car Performance Agency where all administrative procedures will be carried out. Vehicles can only be collected after the transfer of ownership has been completed. A copy of the transfer of ownership of the vehicle must be deposited at Surplex.
