The lot includes the following works that must be carried out in the above-mentioned time order within and no later than 30 days from the awarding of the contract.

The complete removal of the goods and proper disposal of the NON-FERROUS materials remaining after removal.
The complete floor cleaning of the respective area.
Access to the site will be allowed only after delivery of all necessary documentation for site safety, in accordance with the regulations in force and the
specific provisions of the vendor.
Liability insurance is required for possible damages.

Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that deadlines are met.

ATTENTION : The list was drawn up by the delegated expert for the bankruptcy proceedings and has not benefited from further verification. Please note that any omissions are not attributable to Surplex. A thorough inspection is therefore recommended.

An advance payment of €300 per day will be required for the costs of monitoring the collection operations.
