Single lot of complete pastry equipment including ovens, cold rooms, mixers, pastry machines, furnishings and various accessories.
Dismantling and loading of the awarded goods will be carried out by the successful bidder. In any case, the costs shall be borne in full and all responsibility for the safety of persons and property, safety documentation, employees, work risks, including those due to interference, drafting of the documentation itself, custody of goods, control and verification, health surveillance, etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the successful bidder, with Surplex expressly exonerated from any burden and responsibility whatsoever.
The removal of the residual goods DOES NOT INCLUDE: - the electrical, water, pneumatic and heating systems serving the property
The purchaser shall in any case reimburse Surplex for supervision costs in the amount of €300.00 per day.
